Kathryn Bonner’s coaching awakened unrealized strengths that have contributed to
greater contentment and satisfaction in my life. I sought a coach deliberately to
help navigate changes in all aspects of my life resulting from the sale of a business
and subsequent move to Austin from California. As we met on the phone several times
a month we’d tackle aspects of my life that presented challenges all the time moving
me closer to goals I identified early in the coaching experience. The results have
been amazing – contentment is my number one benefit, and I have found it to greater
degrees in all areas and relationships. Tangible results are many, I have found
great joy getting involved helping the homeless and getting more connected with my
college age children in meaningful ways. My marriage has improved in ways that I
dreamed of ideally but that eluded reality. My boss and co-

be thus allowing me to continually take steps forward toward becoming my best self

First of all I have never known any one who listens better. The second thing is that
she helps me see my fears as a challenge to be confronted and conquered. She has
a gift of encouragement. She has a depth of understanding and perception that is
supernatural. And she gives me a blessing at the end of my sessions of which I cherish.

God put Kathryn Bonner in my life at just the right time. I had been serving in
a ministry that I believed firmly in for about 6 years. I felt like I could spend
at least another 6 years serving with them, however it looked like my job was coming
to an end, appearing as though there may not be a place within that ministry for
me to continue to serve. I believed I could fit in a number of positions in the
ministry, however, I was met with skepticism by some as to whether or not I would
be able to perform in any other capacity than what I had been doing. Kathryn was
able to ask me good questions that caused me take a good look at who God created
me to be. As I sought the Lord for His answer to these questions it became clear
that the Lord had created me to be a leader among leaders. The only trouble was,
others weren’t seeing that. Kathryn challenged me to begin to “repaint my picture"
for others. People had me pictured in one role within the organization, and I knew
this was only a part of the bigger picture of who I was. I began to reveal the rest
of the picture to my supervisors and my peers. As I did, I discovered there was
more to the picture of me than I had even been able to see. God is still showing
more about the picture of me, I’m certain that He sees a whole lot more there and
will continue to help me and other see it in His good timing. Kathryn has a gift
to help people see beyond themselves into what God sees in them and to help unveil
that to the world! -
What I like about coaching with Kathryn is, she is "real!" If your looking for smoke
and mirrors then don't coach with Kathryn, but if your looking for the truth and
hard facts then you've come to the right place. Kathryn has made me dig deep and
has helped me to realize the person that GOD wants me to be. She has helped me to
build the confidence I need to conquer my fears. She is honest and filled with a
sweet spirit that is contagious. Whatever your goals are, thru coaching she can help
you achieve them. She has taught me to not sit idle and to reach for the Stars. Most
importantly she is a prayer warrior, and leads by example! -
